a bunch of friends and I are planning on going to the bahamas on a cruise like in 2 weeks, and one of my friends who wants to go said he might have a warrant. What do you think the chances are of him getting picked up before he gets on the boat. His warrant isnt nothing serious either, I think he pissed dirty for a drug test so he thinks he has a warrant.
i'm pretty sure he'd get picked up. if you try to cross the border with a warrant, they will know. almost positive
because drug users are sickos.. But the real answer is they are Commodities.. your all a commodity to the system.. thats why its a crime to kill yourself.. dead people cant support the failing system..
if he goes that is retarded and if he is worried about it he obviouslly needs to take care of it first. Im sure the judge would love to know he went against probation/bond regulations while pissing dirty. He knows what the right thing to do is
Yeah I understand that, but I didn't realize it was illegal to piss dirty. Possession is illegal. Selling is illegal. Disorderly conduct is illegal. But just having it in your system? I defiantly understand being fired from a job, but I've never heard of the law getting involved for a drug turning up in your piss. Not saying your all full of shit, I'm just kinda shocked if this is a true occurrence... Lets say I stay clean for the next couple weeks and then go to apply for a job in which they drug test me. There's no doubt I'd still have THC in my system, although it would probably be a fairly small amount by then, but I'd still fail. I obviously wouldn't get the job, but a warrant could actually be issued for my arrest?!?
Yes the cops will come pick his ass up if he's at home / work / findable. He'd be better of turning himself in and getting bailed out before the trip. He can do the trip w/ a Birth Certificate, no passport. Nobody will be checking for a warrant on him during the trip.
He's been out for a while. He still donst know if he has a warrant, but its better to assume he does. Now what you said about nobody checking on him during the trip is exactly what I told him. Once he's on the boat he's good. Someone mentioned the birth certificate thing. I thought that was all you needed as well, that and a driver's license. But a lot of people keep telling me you do need a passport. Im telling him to check with the cruise line. What ablout purchasing the ticket under his name? Do you think he'll have any problems with that?
you need a passport these days to go to any other country, unless its part of the usa, like puerto rico. if his dirty test was because of probation/parole, then there is most likely a warrant, if it was just some stupid work/sports thing then hes cool.
