Is there a legal age for salvia? Or is it just a legal herb(for now)? Any other info you got, lemme know.
18 in oregon some sellers want you to be 21 if I were a seller, I would want to know a lot more about you especially if you were younger and looking at this. at earlier years some brain growth is still underway, unless this were part of an unusual spiritual quest, or a urgent healing quest, I would excercise patience probably til 18 or 19. the patience itself will change everything that follows in your life.

ya you gotta be that way with psychedelics... there are very few ppl that I know that I will give any mind-manifesting drugs to.. and I've even lost my best friend before cuase I wouldnt give/sell him any doses... but I know, especially at that time, that any thing like that would send him downhill.. he just doesnt have that open mindedness at all.. his way is always right and what he thinks is always true, and he just has absolutly no emotional balance, not to say I'm balanced. but way better then him... like i've tried sitting down with him and talking and shit about maybe doing it.. but he thinks it like a party drug.. and doesnt want to listen to anything i say, not that what i say means anything... what i was basically trying to say is... psychedelics (and especially salvia since i tried it) are powerful. no one really understands them completly either.. so you cant be sure what kind of effect it will have on you. just do your research.. read everything non-govt related you can find.. read experience stories. and have a goal or a purpose (like spiritual, cosmic, self-knowledge)... and not to just get 'high'.. words arent anyway to describe it.. experience is key.. and never do any psychedelic if you have the slightest bit of doubt, fear, nerves, or whatever.. you need to be in a state of grace then your ready to die and be reborn
I agree! I'm a full supporter of being at least 18 to purchase salvia. Yes, I know there are a special few people out there that can handle it at a younger age, same as nicotine and alcohol. However, short of requiring a written essay, I just don't see another factor besides age that would be better at determining if someone is ready or not. Plus, if we as a community not only enforce but support this requirement, then the DEA may see us as responsible after all and not a bunch of drugged out hippies. Plus, imagine what happens when some 12yr old kid's mom finds his salvia stash with a label on it from where he bought it. All hell would break loose and there'd be an emergency banning. Now if the kid is or legal age, the chances are FAR less that the guy's mother would freak out over some herb.
Well i am sixteen and I have done salvia a couple of times and I have had great experiences on it, however, this drug should be respect and this drug should not be done on a regular basis. I mean only a few times a year i would hate to see this drug become over used and abused which can lead to many problems.
