I've been checking out Dok's homepage .. it's an awesome place and beautifully set out .. I think we should lend him our support by getting over there and being part of it. http://www.hearthside.co.uk
you did...i just happen to have found a use for all those years of IT lessons just out of interest...how do you manage to always get a blue sky in your pictures somewhere...it must be photo trickery...
Photoshop But seriously, it's just luck really. There are a few on there where the sky's really grey, but I've had some amazing luck with weather over the last couple of years. Also, I've made an effort to visit a lot of places that are reasonaby local on sunny days, so I can get nice photos. I've also re-visited some sites where I didn't get good weather the first time around. I drove up to Ludlow in February, and the weather was shite. I still stopped at Llanthony Priory, Raglan Castle, Harold's Stones and Arthur's Stone to photograph them though. Then when I went up to Snowdonia a few weeks back, the weather was stunning, so I made a point of swinging back by the first three coz they were on my way - so I was able to update my galleries with sunny pics. If you look at Arthur's Stone though, you can see how poo the weather was the first time around
