Does the girth of the penis stimulate the g-spot or does it just stimulate the clitoris and
    vestibular bulbs?

I think stimulation of the g-spot (and/or clit) depends more on the overall shape of the penis (angle of erection, curvature of shaft, length, girth, foreskin, etc) all come into play, as well as how the guy is thrusting.

Also girth can be different when measured at different parts along the shaft. Some penises are the same girth from the base to the tip, others are girthier at the base but then narrow towards the head, and yet even others are less girthy at the base but make up for it with a fat, flared out head at the tip. Presumably all of these factors come into play with so many variations of dicks.

The girth of a penis alone will not stimulate a clitoris nor g spot if there isn't a "match". It will pull the clitoris lower as a larger girth spreads the labia wider and allows the base of the shaft or the pubic bone above it to possibly stimulate her clitoris as the male thrusts forward. The likelihood of this happening is very rare. Girth alone will not stimulate the G spot either unless there is contact with the area. A large girth increases the possibility of this happening but it has the be such to stimulate the area. A thin shorter penis with an upward curve penetrating in missionary position can find the g spot if the location in her vagina is such that they match. For example a man with a 5" erect penis that curves to fit can stimulate her during penetration because her g spot is located 4" to 5" from the vaginal opening. A 6" or 7" penis goes in to far and misses the spot. But if the male with the 6" penis and the woman match he will please her every time. The male with the 7" straight penis may enter her in the canine position and because of the fit will then stimulate her g spot in that way. So it's more about how the man and woman fit together than it is about penile size.

When you say a “match” you mean in the right angle and position to find the g-spot right?

How big of a Girth do you think you need to stimulate the g-spot without “matching”? Just a bit above average(5.5-5.7 inches)?

Yes, it's all about finding the Gräfenberg spot as it is called. Understand it is not a specific button but an area when stimulated actually activates clitoral nerve endings. The clitoris is larger than what appears above the vaginal opening. Inside the forward wall of the vagina is an area that may bring pleasure to the woman when touched. Where it is exactly varies from female to female. If the male upon insertion of his penis into the vagina can rub the head across the area clitoral nerve endings are stimulated. But he has to find the exact area. Therefore penile length doesn't matter. Location does. That's why a male penis that might be only 5" versus a 6", 7", or longer penis when erect might find that spot better. His insertion goes the right depth and the rubbing stimulates clitoral nerves bringing the female to orgasm. Thus the match of correct penis length to G spot location.

Again it's finding the location and not about size. A larger girth may allow stimulation of the G spot only because it covers more area inside the vagina. What is better though is the shape or preferably the curve of the penis. A sex partner can find and stimulate the G spot with a finger inserted into her vagina, palm up, using a "come here' motion. A penis that curves upward when erect has a better chance in finding the G spot. But that would be during penetration in missionary position. Penetration with an upward curved penis in canine or doggy style most likely misses the area as it passes in and out during thrusting. So when engaging the woman from behind the male with a longer straight penis may find the G spot better. Switch back to missionary and the male with the shorter penis has the advantage of bringing the female to orgasm through penetration. One thing to know is that 80% of women will not orgasm through intercourse of any kind and the male trying to do so is a futile attempt.

My wife and I were a match. She would orgasm through intercourse but only after clitoral orgasm and the correct positioning of my penis. I am a little over 6" in length with an upward curve. Full penetration didn't work but through experimentation we discovered how to stimulate the area. She would close her legs with me straddling her in missionary restricting penetration. It felt great for both of us and when we discovered this there were many times we orgasmed together.
