Girl Cuts off Man's....THING

I was listening to talk radio and they were talking about this chick in Alaska who cut off her boyfriend's penis after they had break up sex...They reattached it, but the doctors aren't sure that it will ever be fully functional. Apparently, this happens more often than what we hear on the news. There were dozens of cases last year of women cut off a man's penis.

What do you think her punishment should be?

Would a man be more chastised for cutting off a woman's breast than a woman cutting off a guy's dick?

I would imagine it's probably on parin terms of pain. Not in terms of numbers, or the reason why. FGM is methodical, it's planned... sounds like this girl has a crazy streak and went psycho, for whatever reason (not saying it's justifiable, but less... awful)

 

the problem is that FGM is actually condoned, and in some cases sanctioned by the government in several countries.
