My mom just pointed out this weird fog formation on the back door... Kinda spooky if you ask me, but then I'm all alone in a gigantic haunted farmhouse in the dark... *shiver*
Pic quality is kinda lame because it was taken with the only working digital camera in the house, which is my camera phone... I tried to sharpen it up a bit so it looked more like what I have on my phone (you can actually see some faces), but I may have made it worse. I don't know shit about photoshop, so for what my word is worth, this pic has not been retouched other than a little sharpening.
And just sos everybody nows, I am willing to admit this is just a fogged up window, but I know my house is haunted. We've had some stuff happen. Maybe this is just a coincidence, but just so we're clear, I do live in a haunted house. :)

Nah, I'd rather coexist peacefully with it (or them... however many there are). If the worst it does is draw pictures on the windows, make the occasional noise and open and close a door now and then, I'm more than happy to just get along with it.
But hey, I've lived with ghosts all my life. Moved three times and always had at least one ghost in my house. I wouldn't feel right without them. :)
I watch a lot of ghost shows and they're always these evil, malevolent things that pick up kids and throw them across the room and shit. I always laugh and tell the ones in my house that as long as they don't do stupid stuff like that, we're cool. Otherwise, we'll have problems.
We have an understanding... so far.

There's a really clear eye and eyebrow in that in the center right. Weird.

It's so strange how it keeps changing, too, because when you look at it directly, it looks different, even depending on who looks at it. When I looked at it at first, I saw people in cloaks. When my mother found it, she said she saw horses and an elephant. When I took the photo, on my camera, it just looked like a jumble of faces. Now, it looks like one guy in a cloak and some kind of humanoid thing screaming... The rest is unclear.
I dunno... fog can be funny like that. ;)

    i hear ya, sister.
i've seen ghosts ALL my life and, yeah, they still scare the shit outta me. but there are times when i'm just like "oh, that noise? it's just my ghost." lmao.
there's a few things that terrify me to this day that i refuse to talk about.
but, you know....at the place i live at now, one of the first nights in my new room, my closet door swung open and hit the wall. then one morning i woke up and my blanket was being PULLED off of me. i pulled it back up, but down it went again.
needless to say, i stayed awake after that.
    in the living room.

    :p

Well, it wasn't just hanging there. It's kind of INSIDE the window of my back door. There's two panes of glass pressed together and the fog crept up in there and settled in this weird formation. Don't really know how, but yeah. My stepdad is having the window replaced at some point, but he's kinda lazy, so it won't get done for a while...
Wouldn't it be SWEET if we had one of those cases where it just kept coming back, no matter what we did to it? Like those stories where there's blodd spots that bleed through the paint no matter how many coats you put on the wall?? Haha, I'm such a paranormal fangirl...

I've had pretty much the same relationship with my ghosts, but we've only been here for a little over a year, so we're still feelin' each other out a bit. They seem to be receptive to us if we ask them to stop because they are scaring us. My boyfriend used to be terrified of ghosts before he met me, but he's learning.
As for your blanket incident, that seems to be a favorite of most ghosts... When I lived in an apartment (my previous home), I had a poltergeist that I named Larry. He pulled my blankets off of me once, but I was really exhausted, so I just grabbed them back. He tried it again and I yanked the blanket up over my feet... Then I felt fingers with my toes. I sat straight up and looked at my feet, but there was nothing there. I laid back down and just sat there awake for a while, but when nothing else happened, I just fell asleep.
Seriously, with all the experiences I've had and the evidence I"ve seen with my own eyes, I just can't imagine how some people don't believe, but I guess they're either not open to them, or the ghosts just aren't attracted to them like they are to us.

Terrifying. I saw a ghost in my room once. And a dwarf walked over me a couple of times, me being under the blanket, but it was enough to be afraid to fall asleep without lights on for about a year & a half. I don't like that stuff, really.

A dwarf??? As in a short ghost or a fairy tale creature?
Anyway, yeah, it's still there. Hasn't changed. Seemed to appear the night my grandmother died, creepily enough. I won't go into that room in the dark...

Well, ghosts are mostly to appear in America, maybe because you have large houses & they like them. But here you'll hardly see a ghost in a flat. I don't know how you call them really, yeah, some creatures looking like oldmen. I didn't see any though. I just felt it was walking over & produced some crow sounds. Then it pressed to the hole of my ear. Seemed to be silly, like an animal. I said smth & it disappeared (the pressing stopped at once). Do u have such creatures in US? They can't kill (I hope:), but strangle people at nights. The weight is lighter than a cat's.

    Sounds mischievous. ;)
I've never heard any accounts of dwarfs, as you call them... I did see a picture of what someone called a goblin, though. But it wasn't taken in America, so maybe it really is a cultural thing...
We have things we call gremlins that supposedly wreck machinery, but I don't know if anyone has ever seen one... just one of those stories they make up to blame faulty machinery or repairs.

Now you've got 666 posts & it LOOKS mischievous..brrr :) I checked up my dictionary, it says you call them "house spirits". I'm not sure it's correct enough... It'd be strange & interesting if ghosts & spirits were cultural things! I wonder... Have no idea of gremlins, instead we have forest & water spirits. They live in our folk-tales & many stories, told by people living in the countryside.

All the way to the right almost looks like a fuzzy-ish hand making a peace sign! It even looks like there are two fingers folded down... :) Which would make me not worry.

It's starting to fade away... gets fainter with every day. I still see the faces, but not for long, I think.
