I am going to be in the city of Cannes, in France for about a month starting mid May. I want to get some feedback from people with experience. I have two options. 1. Try and find weed in Cannes and buy it. 2. Use FedEx to ship myself some ganja. Now, about #1, does anyone know anyone who knows someone who can hook up some weed internationally like that? I'll be in Nice also, but I have no car, but I'll taxi drive it if I have to. I can't go too far from the city, I won't have the resources for it. About #2. I've shipped weed from satte to state a dozen times with fedex. Its never been a problem. But now we're talking about shipping it internationally to France. Anyone have info on this? Does FedEx ever x-ray your box? Does custom's? Let me know if you know. Thanks!!!
cannes does have the film festival? id assume there are a few tea heads. best thing to do in your situation is to look for someone that looks like a head and ask if he/she knows where to get tea.
i just got back from seven weeks in the south of france. while cannes is not the most populated city in the country (it's around 68,000), you'll be able to find weed there.

You should be able to, my ex girlfriend lived there before she came to the UK and i went there with her and we were able to get hooked up i believe.
Ive found from where Ive been so far in europe its been pretty easy in the cities. The police in general are a bit more chill about it. Justlook for the types who hang around doing nothing, you know the dealer-look. France is pretty liberal about weed, atleast in the south, I used to go there each summer nad I remember my step-great uncle being pretty damn open about growing weed on his balcony in Aix-de-Provence. good luck! i just got back from france! no weed though, it was more of a family vacation; i have relatives there
ask around for mint-chocolate joints; these are filled with weed and hash (haha). knock you on your ass.
