ok, so ive had friends tell me its possible to get off probation early. And my little brother just told me that he remembers our lawyers telling us that once we got done with our shit, we would likely be taken off probation. So far im one year through two years of unsupervised probation. I'm an adult, but im in the system at the juvi court, since my brother, who I got in a fight with was a juvenile at the time. And i know from past experience that the juvi court here is pretty lenient. I plan on getting a job within the next few weeks, I've done all my court requirements, and I havent gotten in any trouble, not even a speeding ticket. I've also made deans list the first two quarters of school this year, and I will likely for third. With that said is it likley i will get off early? And how do i go about asking the po if i can get off early?
usually they offer it.. i wouldnt ask directly for that but next time bring proof of your outstanding school shit and let the po know your trying your best to turn your life around
Not saying it doesn't happen, but I've never heard of it. Technically being on probation is getting out of jail early.
