    I can't stand getting ignored. It's one of the most annoying and disrespectful things I can think of and it has the unfortunate ability to influence peoples' decisions/plans and change the outcome of certain situations. That is all.

    Not if they are exhibiting the dominate behaviour, unless you dont want to be the leader of your pack. You should only reward good behaviour with attention. LOL
