Not sure if anyone knows about this, but what is it about the THC that gets you high? I mean uhhh..... Why do you get that high feeling? I understand that the THC MAKES you high, but.. what does it do to the body to make you feel that way?
it binds to your neoro transmitters and your cannabinoid receptors .... neoro surgery chimichally done in your BRAINS !!!
This sounds like a job for.....StonerBill. He's good with the neurological/phsychological reasoning behind it all.
i don't know, but here are a few words that are so fancy they may just sound right, even though few of them are only relevant in some way, and the others are just "science-y" sounding synapses; neurotransmitters; brain cells; electric impusles; cannabinoid receptors; serotonin; dopamine; tetrahydrocannabinol; psychoactive; nerve cells man, that was fun, i feel smart now
We just learned about this in Psych! I'm trying to remember how it went, though. I know it had something to do with the neurotransmitters. I'm guessing it blocks reuptake of the neurotransmitter dopamine, making you flooded with a euphoric feeling. It might not be dopamine, but it definitely has something to do w/ reuptake.
thats just what chemicals will do. when you do coke, all it does is block off nerves and make you numb, why does it do it....cuz it does
