Sounds like you don't want to have intercourse yet, but you want to enjoy sex. Why don't you try direct genital contact, a little at a time. You put your hands inside each other's underwear at the same time - you massage her clitoris (gently, and it is farther down there than you think), and perhaps tentatively put a lubricated finger into her vagina unless it is painful for her.

She massages your penis (tell her what you like) at the same time. You can do this in the dark if you are both too shy.

Take a look at her vagina up close. You will see the outer lips or labia, and the opening low down which is the vagina, surrounded by the inner labia. Just above that is her small peehole, and above that is a downward pointing thing between the upper outer lips, which is the clitoral hood to her clitoris, which can be found by gently pulling up the hood.
