Hey I smoked for about to months and my hook up putzed out on me. Imagine that! Well now I'm stuck w/o and I just wanted to know about buying seeds overseas. Is it legal? If not how do I not get caught and who is the best to order from. I know how to grow I just need the seeds. Can anyone Help me?
It is legal from what I know but a lot of places wont send them here. Im not sure why. THey will send them to canada though. Alot of people rent po box's in canada, get them shipped there, then forwarded to the US. I know seeds somtimes get quarntined (sp) even though they arent illegal to possess. Its a risk buying them.
