How to get over modesty? Some people I know admit to love being nude but are to modest or to worried they'll get caught. I don't know what to tell them. Any advice?
You really have to use good judgement on where you go naked, I love to be nude also but I have a real problem with not wanting to be arrested and be registered as a sex offender which does happen unfortunately. It,s one thing to just get dirty looks or some one elses opinion, who cares, but the other can ruin your life.

Yes this works, but eliminating modesty takes steps. Start by being naked in situations you're comfortable in, by yourself. Then try it out with people you're more comfortable being around. Then be more open about it with a couple other people where nudity is accepted like the locker room or a nudist location. You'll feel more comfortable about being naked around other people who are naked. Then you know you've lost all modesty once you're comfortable naked around clothed people. As for me, I haven't quite reached the last phase yet.....
I'd met a new friend recently. I don't how we got on the subject, but she told me that she loves being naked at home. She grew up in a semi nude family. This means half of her family were lose with clothes. She walks around at home with just a t-shirt that really doesn't cover her Brazillian or walks to the bathroom nude. She was comfortable with me. We agreed that most people love being naked at home, but don't want to admit it. She said that some of her friends are naked at home too. She told me that when her sisters came over, one time, they were talking about how funny some of there family or people that they know are uptight with nudity. Her sisters, both, told her that they never wear underwear and they both lifted their skirts to show. My friend just laughed. I just love her spirt. I asked her if I came over and decided to get undress, would she mind? She said she would join me. I might take her up on that offer one day. Movies and popcorn night!
