georgia ppl out there?

i kno there was another thread bout GA but not many ppl were replyin to that one so i made my own

any cool ppls in georgia? just moved here about a month ago so im new to the area...

I used to really hate georgia when we first moved here from chicago, but now that I'm older I've learned to appreciate it a lot. (the city can be fun, lots of places for camping and hiking, plenty of beautiful women, etc)

 

I'm from Georgia....2 hours from Atlanta...depending on how fast you drive. I wouldn't say Georgia is the worse place to live...

 

I am near Savannah. Anyone near me???

 

Put a recycled tack on the Ga map for me too! It's just peachy here.

I moved to SW Georgia about a year ago. Being from Kentucky I was accustomed to the 'southern head' but being in BFE is sure a different world. The conservatism is maddening and the politics are exasperating but I still like it....it's like the land that time forgot! I can be in Savanah, Atlanta, Jacksonville or Tallahasee within hours so I figure I'm living in a cotton cradle. It's a good thing I'm older and wiser or I'd be in deep doo-dee stirring up trouble.

 

i live on top of georgia .......not realy in it but i can be there in 10 min .

 

I live in Milledgeville.

 

I used to live in Milledgeville and also in Eatonton. I grew up in Gainesville and Maysville though. Now I live in Gainesville/Oakwood, about 45 miles north of ATL. I love Georgia, and would hate to live anywhere else. The only thing I would leave GA for is my fiance. We are thinking of moving to Charlotte.

 

I'm awesome and I'm interested in meeting and hanging out with other awesome people.

 

Oh, Eatonton. I lived there for quite some time. I also had Peach Tree City, Dublin, Duluth, Canton...

And like...
A million other places in GA.

 

That's where I was born, haven't been there since. lol

The best people come out of Carrollton. Granted, I only know one and he's my hippie ex boyfriend, but if he's any indication of the people out there then it's awesome.
