Apparently it's a problem in some places. Or people think it is. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/08/fashion/08cross.html?_r=1&scp=2&sq=gender&st=cse
At my high school (and my last one) there are a lot of girls who preferred dressing and looking more like guys. It isn't an uncommon thing at all here. I have never witnessed a boy that went to the extent of skirts or wigs, though.
If I went back to high school Id so wear a skirt everyday "this is me bitch!" I was too caught up in the social awkwardness, to do something like that at the time
once they said boys could not wear shorts in high school.. So a group of boys "including myself" decided to wear skirts.. in 2 days we got to wear shorts..
Haha that's hilarious you actually did that. Made me reminisce about Casual Friday's back in Catholic school too
this isn't so uncommon, actually in one of my classes there is a couple who both dress like the other gender, nathanwears pink a lot ad danielle just dresses like a guy... but both their hair is cool..... nathans is all rainbow and danieles is blue crazy kids
