The has been raised and not much attention gets added to it. I am not one of those healthy, outdoorsy hiking people. I engage in retiring activities and if I had the space and ability to do gardening completely indoors, that would probably be my choice (maybe if/when I get a windfall I will build a glass house for growing. In any event, I am in my mid 60-s and will probably be retiring in another 10 years (2033). It's never too late to plan. At one point I had thought that I might want to live in an intentional community, but some of those that I have seen are not really aligned to the lifestyle of an introvert. I don't mind washing dishes or cooking for a group or doing clean up as long a I don't have to engage in an overly social and/or overly democratic process. The fact that I don't verbally share much should not be confused with the notion that I am eagerly awaiting to hear what other people have to say. In fact, it's usually quite the opposite. So, I have given thought to places for the 55+ community that are near urban venues. The only viable place that I had seen was in Gresham, Oregon. Any thoughts?
