gay commune?(merged with)Radical Fairies

it's hard meeting other younger gay guys who have like interests and are not superficial or just stepped out of the abercrombie & fitch store at the mall.
Are there any gay communes in the US that you know of?
i was thinking of visiting short mountain tennessee that i heard of from a friend. any info on this?

 

Well, we've got something like that in south florida... But down here, if you join one of those communes, they refer to you as "pool boy".

 

look into the radical fairies.

This is from a page of an organization in Los Angeles that was inspired by the Radical Faeries. I have never attended any of their events since them are more outdoorsy than I am.

Worth an exploration though.

I think it's really cool that the radical faries still exist. I read about them in margot adlers book drawing down the moon. I think they sound like a really fun group to belong to.
