Gathering of the vibes?

Does anyone know whos playing this year or have an idea of whos playing? How many people usually attend GOTV? Gimme some details, please!

Not up yet but check there for updates, I heard ratdog AND phil and friends are playing this year. It's a pretty small fest IMO.

GOTV kicks ass!
Yep, no linup yet but there are rumors. Personally, I go to the Vibes 80% for the peaceful lowkey Vibe and 20% for the tunes. Totally setup by freaks for freaks. I'd say the ILCC can hold ALOT more peeps then they sell tickets. In 2002 I think they had about 20,000 - 25,000 heads. Lot's of space so you never feel crowded though. A big bonus is that the ILCC has very clean FLUSH toilet trailer's with attendents. What other fests have that? Also, they get an excellent sound system! You can hang way in the back of the field with dancin chill out room and it still sounds killer.

it's a decent sized festie, I think there've been between 6,000-10,000 people depending on the year...I went first time last year and am going again, I had a blast...no lie-up yet, but as someone else said, there are rumors, for what they're worth...you should definitely give GOTV some consideration, it's a cool festie with lots of good kind folk about

no, the one in Tennessee is Bonaroo...Gathering is more of a jerry memorial/tribute in NY

 

oh i love gathering of the vibes! good times except for the search at the beginning, but they always suck... oh well. defintiely some chill times there. hope to see you there. i would love to see phil and bobby together again! peace and love
