Gathering of the Vibes 2010

What's up guys? i've been thinking about going to gathering of the vibes this year but i wasn't sure about something. I hear of people taking weed and shit there but i'm nervous about doing it. should i be? I think there was a drug bust last year but that might have been at the Rainbow Family gathering. Obviously the GOTB site says "no illicit substances" but that doesnt necessarily mean shit lol. Any of you guys ever went?

 

haha na man u should be worry free. i went the last two years and getting busted for drugs should not be a concern.. within like 20 minutes of getting there i was offered pretty much every drug lol its like harder to find weed than acid or e.

 

i did see one guy get arrested, not sure what for. there are cops there, just don't smoke a bowl in their face.

you should have no worries though. the cops there can't bust everyone and they know everyone is smoking and tripping. people will be sitting around yelling out what they have for sale, it's very open there. it'll be a lot of fun, enjoy!

make some baked goods instead, that way you don't have to worry about getting busted

 

that's how it was at this tiny little festival i went to. 1st or 2nd trip up the path into the woods, a guy passed us saying "doses! rolls! thc pills!" so the next time i passed that guy, i was like "doses? L?" and i got a couple strips. that festival was kick ass, but i wanna make it to a "real" one someday.
the rest of the weekend me, my brother and my buddy couldn't stop joking about "doses, rolls, thc pills!" we would just continuously holler out things we 'had for sale'
i had vitamin C pills for antioxidant against 2ce/2cb, of course we had plenty of sticks around the fire, so we'd yell "sticks! VC pills!" and other random shit

 

Its not too far from where I live and I've never gone. I think I'm going to try and make it this year for sure now that I got my license.

 

doses! rolls! thc pills! thats amazing lol acid is so hard to find around here. i hope i can buy a strip when i go. this festival sounds pretty kickass

 

my story is from a small festival you've never heard of. not GOTV. they are two way different kinds of festivals, but i'm sure you'll have a great time

 

On second thought, 200 dollars for 3 nights and no option to stay over for only one night? Fuuuck that.

Yeah the most expensive local one I've seem was around $50 for a weekend...not freakin bad at all and I'm sure they're more intimate.

I'd like to parttake in a threesome at a festival to be honest. You'd probably never see them again and noone would have to know about it which seems kind of exciting.
