i have recently experinced alot of gass. its not farting, its gass in my stomach and intestinses and it can get really uncomfortable and painful. i looked it up on the internet and it said to not eat as much fiber. well, im a vegan and pretty much all i eat is fiber. does any one know what kinda foods i can eat, or things that can help?
some people who have gas like this who consume soy may have an allergy...try cutting back on the soy and see if it helps
soy can do it, good suggestion.. garlic as well and let me tell you broccli is fierce..i get really really bad gas..so bad it hurts .. when i eat it... plants in that family will do it....
