im super skrawny... like sickeningly so... always have been. probably because of my high metabolism, even tho i do nothing besides smoke pot and sleep 12 hrs a day. i cant stand it anymore and want to know if there are any types of pills or dietery supplements i can take that will help be bulk up - muscle or fat, i dont care just like 20 lbs. thanks.
we have testosterone gel where i work for women that are supposed to make you bulk up quite a bit..and i think it works pretty well...or try vitamins...some women that come in where i work say that vitamins (b-12 mostly i believe) make them gain weight!! i've gained like 3 pounds w/in the last week by eating late at night...try the little white doughnuts!!
