We have several threads about what tattoos we already have. What are some ideas you have planned for future tattoos? I want to get a garter on my right thigh, a golden apple on the back of my left calf, a baby feet butterfly for my daughter on my right forearm, and my little sister and I will be getting matching mini sugar skulls over our hearts.
i want something colorful on the inside of my right bicep.. either a bicycle motif or just some type of art shit
I told you this before but not sure if you remember... part of the reason I want this is to cover up scars... okay so on back of right hand- from lower left to upper right in small, neat cursive.. the name "Cason" in blue and green (one and then the other outlining it) and then around it... 5 stars total- 3 green, 2 blue. I'll get this down within the next year. It'll be my first tat. and probably my only one... until I have another kid. (ohh MAMA... we must have about the same about of rep. we are both "just really nice" now. lol)
Yeah, I dig colorful tattoos. Something bicycle related would definitely suit you. You did tell me about that one, and I think it'll be awesome . Lmao, us??? Nice????
I've always wanted a skull with a top hat. I tried to get one like 30 years ago, but couldn't afford it back then. Still thinking about it tho..
i want the quote "the road goes forever on and on" going down the side of my ribcage. I want it done in elvish lettering, which is why I haven't gotten it yet. I also want a tree of some sort, maybe on my shoulder blade. I think trees can be overdone so I'm trying to think of a way to make it unique.
I also want to add words above my yin and yang tattoo that says 'yin exists in yang, yang exists in yin' in some stick-like font
I love ink, just please ladies stay away from the tata's. If a chick has a chest piece I'm bummed, can't lie. Side pieces all day. Especially on that curve of the hip mmmm. But everyone has different prefs.
lol yeah. I'm worried about even finding a translation for it. You don't come across many people who are fluent in elvish.
Well, the artist will lay it on with tracer paper anyway. So you can check spelling and placement yourself. Is elvish a different language? I was thinking it was some kind of font. Who the hell knows.
Tolkien was a linguist before he was a writer. He based Lord of the Rings around languages he invented. Elvish was one of them. ..i'm a nerd. what's up with the word translation being hyperlinked to something in my last post
I want "Lucy" on my right shoulder blade, preferably in my own handwriting because I like the way I write it in cursive better than anything else I've seen. That was the nickname I called my best friend who died 5 years ago. I'm not so set on any other tattoo, but I want that one and have been pretty set on it for 5 years. I just can't justify spending the money yet, lol.
Haha, my browser is hyperlinking my own posts randomly too. It must be some kind of spyware. Probably from the NSA. And you are not a nerd. I read that entire series when I was a kid. Consequently, I've done enough drugs in my teens and 20s to have forgotten anything about the elvish language. Either way, feel free to dress up like a librarian with black rimmed glasses for me anyday
