Thats not their only fault. Todays young men don't know how to socialize specially with a woman. There's very little conversation on a date unless its me talking. I see dating couples and they are both pecking away at their telephone. I love conversation, specially with a new person, but sadly that seems to be passing

 

Sounds like you're dating men with whom you have very little in common.

Last date I was on, we couldn't stop talking. We were thrown out of a coffee shop because we sat there talking until closing time.

Today's men are fine.

 

True. Men are in their own macho/techno/political bubbles. Social media is a serious addiction affecting people of all ages.

Let's remember men were boys who played violent video games more than anything else.
What can you expect?

Men who haven't spent their youth on those games on Nintendos etc, are a different breed, worth seeking out.

 

Hi Rhonda. The problem might be for all communication with all genders. When I'm speaking w young guys on the job, they have the phone up. The convo drifts over to the games, the teams, then the betting line. Realizing the guys all have bets out there. They are focused on the line.

Why are differences so much more pronounced in the US, than they are in the UK and other European countries.

I am laughing right now, imagining a young Donald Trump losing a computer game, stamping his feet and threatening to smash the computer that daddy had bought him.
