Fucking assholes!!

I haven't even been at college for 2 full weeks yet. Today I get called down to the Residential Hall. I go there and I get called into an office with two women who sit me down and tell me that there was a report of me having "illegal substances" in my dorm, and a knife. So I tell them that I do have a knife and that my boyfriend gave it to me, but I don't have any drugs. They question somemore and I tell them that I have a small stone pipe, just to shut them up, but no weed. So they keep questioning and they tell me that they're going to have to take campus security to check out my room just to be sure. So at this point I figure that lying will only get me in more trouble and I tell them that I did have weed, and a bong, and 2 bowls, and a giant box of incense. So they say they appreciate my honesty and that it will help me. So I lead them and campus security to my dorm and took out my giant lockbox and open it up as I watch security empty it out completely, stuffing my quarter ounce of weed, my first bong that I ever bought, my bat, my bowl, my incense, and a 4 inch pocket knife that my boyfriend gave me because he's always paranoid about my safety into a garbage bag.

Someone fucking ratted me out.

 

That sucks ass. I hope it turns out alright.

Fuck that! They shouldn't have the right to take your property, they may tell you to get rid of it, but it doesn't seem right that they can go and destroy it.

 

well it is a felony to have any drugs on school grounds wether it be Junior high or college.. what were they gonna say "ok.. you can have your stuff but the cops are on the way"... they were pretty cool about it in my eyes... they could have gave her academic probation or even worse expelled(sp?) her from school.. she got off pretty well.. all in all.. it does suck though.. you obviously did something noticeable enough to get yourself in trouble.. next time be a little more low key

 

Thing is, I didn't do anything noticeable. My roommate has a friend that always gives me dirty looks and stuff and she was in the room while I was making a lightbulb vaporizer, but I figured whatever she's my roommate's friend she wont do anything. Also, someone told them that I flashed a knife to someone. But it was this kid John who me and him were kidding around and he challenged me to a knife fight so I took out my knife, but I never opened it. And he knew it was a joke and was telling my roommate and this girl about it.. but he wasn't like talking behind my back about it, he was saying it like "oh here's something funny that happened." So she knows I smoke and knows I have a knife and obviously doesn't like me for some reason, so I think it was her.

 

not everyone in college is a stoner or stoner friendly.. thats just a college myth .. but yea.. when you're in dorms like that.. you're better being safe than sorry... 1... i'd make sure you transfer to a different dorm.. if possible... and then play it safe if you end up somewhere else.. because you're not gonna be able to do anything if your roommates friend was the snitch... 2... keep everything as low key as possible... except when you know you're around like minded people... just look at the bright side of things... it could have ended in a much worse disaplinary act

 

Yeah that's true. I'm really pissed though. I'm gonna go up and ask her if she did it and straight up tell her I think she did and she best keep out of my room or else there's gonna be problems.

wow you where just talking aout making a spoof, i wonder if they could still smell it. or did you tell anyone? and how could they know bout the knife. unless it was your roommates friend...

that sucks so much. who the fuck does that... what good does it do them... how in any way was this beneficial to anyone. people like that deserve to be sent over to work the rest of their lives in chinese sweatshops or something equally as crappy.

 

No I'm lucky they let me pretty much get away with it. All I have to do is call my parents and they have to call the school and say "Yeah, she told us."

And I used the sploof in the laundry room late at night. There was no one else there! And it definitley worked anyway hahaha.

Damn that's harsh, hope it turns out ok. When I was caught smoking weed indoors they fined me $75 but they didn't take anything away or search my room. But I don't think they have the right to take your property

I hate snitches, I just dont get why people will tell on other people. I can kind of understand if your going to jail for like murder or something and rat somebody out to get less time, but to tell on some person for having a bit of weed....thats lame!

yeah, it is a pretty big myth about uni students being weed friendly. so many people i meet are straight edge, or at least look down on weed for some reason. lots smoke occasionally, but even those people give me dirty looks if i go smoke before 5.00 in the afternoon. like, im thinking, go fuck yourselves. its not your responsibility to take care of me.
