alright so it was last friday me and two a my friends lets call them A and Z we are driving around looking to jack some beer out of garages... my friend A is driving and he goes alright im gonna get this garage so he puts the car in park and goes to get some beer. As he is on his way back the guy who lives there grabs him and brings him to his front porch. My friend Z gets in the driver seat and we dip. We are drivin around waiting to see what teh fuck is up and then my dad calls me and says i need to get my ass home right now. So i know he knows and were drivin home, toss every thing out the window. I get to my hosue and theres 4 cops there, and an attack dog! I get arrested and taken to juvy for like 2 hours while they take our stories. I get aiding in FIRST DEGREE burglary and evading arrest. I think that i wont get in that much shit, but my friend Z just calls me and said that his lawyer said that we could have to go juvy till were 19??!??!!? I really dont think thats right, like i mean i think my friend misunderstood his lawyer... if it is true then thats mad fucked up. I have no previous record, however my friend Z has 5th degree assault on him and A has no record. What do you guys think is gonna happen to me??
Check the laws in your state on what you are charged with, and next time if you want beer ask someone 21 or older to get it for you.
just do what sg said its alot easier and u dont get 3 years in prison for it but also i dont think ur goin for 3 years for maybe 20 bucks worth of beer

Out of all things in life that are offensive...to me, stealing is the WORST. That is one thing that no matter what happens in my life or how tempting it may be I could never steal. What comes around goes around my friend..... I feel really sorry for the people you have stolen from. The world does not revolve around your want for beer. ahhhahahahah dude they cant put you in juve untill your 19 because for 1. when you reach 18 you get transfered to prison and 2. first degree burglery as a minor isn't 3 years i had first degree burgley, drug possesion, and attemted battary charges and i got juve for 8 months and 3 weeks c'mon man dont take peoples cars, i learned my leason i hope you did too

just cause we smoke pot doesnt mean that we are gonna feel sorry for theifs once i got caught stealing at a wal-mart when i was 13 and vowed never to do it agian and i havent, i got lucky if i was 14 i would have gotten in some deep shit i learned my lesson and i hope you get punished but not 3 years in juvy thats just harsh man but you better expect that you get whats coming to you cause you did the deed dude, im not alowed in a wal-mart till im 18 hahaha, well good luck.

We aren't holy, we just aren't thieving criminals. jimi420- I think you buy into the myths about drugs a little too much. Just because someone smokes weed does not make them a criminal, other than the fact they are smoking weed of course. I doubt your going to get 3 years in juevy for aiding a burglary. The evading arrest will get thrown out unless your leaving something out of the story. To evade arrest, you have to know that the police are looking for, then purposefully get away from them. That will never get upheld in court. When I was arrested for pot, the lawyer went on and on about how I can goto jail for up to a year and a load of other shit (yeah, right, whatever, I'm smart enough to know that's HIGHLY improbable). Afterwards, he talked to my mom privately, and told her that he normally tries to scare kids by telling them what they are potentially facing to try and scare them out of committing anymore crimes. Of course, my mom told me he was full of shit (which I already knew) and I would most likely get probation or drug class, which I did. You deserve to goto juevy, for how long, I don't know. Criminals like you are a burden on society. If you want to committ a crime that effects you and only you, imo, go for it. By stealing, your hurting others as well. I don't know what kind of response you would expect to get from us? Just because we are younger then the police and your dad doesn't mean we don't know right from wrong. Apparantly, you don't. And for the record, I'm no hippie.
