hes holding a fucking golf club. Because when your in riot gear a golf club requires deadly force, when they guy was standing still, across a room.

 

If you ask me they WANTED to kill this guy. Notice how they say GET ON THE GROUND, after they shoot him three times and hes laying on the ground dying, they decide to yell at him to get on the ground again!!!

That's fucked up. I though cops weren't allowed to shoot until being shot at. At any rate the guy had not yet moved. It looked like he was about to, but at the time of being shot he was standing in his doorway.

And yea, some cop yelled "get on the groud" after the man was shot. Such a half assed attempt to try and create a seemingly hostile person.

Idk about being shot at, I think its anytime their life is in danger, but if you ask me... wearing full riot gear vs a golf club doesnt equate to danger of dying when theres like multiple cops and one guy.

Why were the cops raiding the man's house and did they have a permit?

 

Yeah! I think I posted a thread in here a while ago of a different raid where they broke in for a raid and just shot this guys dogs and killed them all he had was a small amount of weed.

They definitely didn't need to shoot - but I think it's a very debatable issue whether it was completely unjustified. I mean; the guy's popping out of a room, into a hallway with a golf club raised like a bat - I don't think he's asking if they want to play a couple rounds.
