you would think i would have learned by now.... but i can be quite the slow learner. right now i feel shaky, fucking sick to my stomach a bit, and have a weird buzz in my head, feel like im just OUT THERE and almost on the verge of a panic attack or a seizure. why? because i drank too much coffee today compared to the amount of food i have eaten. i have done this before. i hate it.
maybe eat something to absorb it? or drink lots of water? don't they give charcoal to people who poison themselves?
im eating some soup i made right now. and i drank milk a few minutes ago... i think im starting to feel better.
I'm finishing up the coffee that was left-over in the pot from yesterday at this moment. But yeah, if ya drink lots of coffee make sure to eat some food with it...if I drink lots of coffee on an empty stomache my hands will start getting shaky, and I feel nauseated, and have to go the bathroom alot.
Yeah, I love the taste of instant coffee but i cant handle uppers even ones as mild as caffine... although to be honest i have a chronic chocolate habit
caffiene... addicted to the stuff.... i'll take the sleepless nights and shakes over the major headaches i get if i cant have an hourly fix of it anyday... at home i drink espresso.. at work they have instant and i need 3 spoons of it in each cup...
i switched to Postum as a regular drink although i do have coffee occasionally. try Postum, its really quite tasty and also, don't bad mouth coffee too much, its good for enemas as it removes heavy metals from the colon when one is detoxing
WASHINGTON (AP) - Laboratory mice slathered with caffeine developed fewer skin tumors than untreated animals, suggesting the chemical that adds zip to coffee and tea also may protect against skin cancer, researchers say. Dr. Allan Conney, a professor of cancer and leukemia research at Rutgers University, said a skin lotion spiked with caffeine or with another compound found in green tea reduced by more than half the number of skin tumors on hairless mice that had been exposed to high levels of ultraviolet radiation. ``We had between 50 to 70 percent tumor formation inhibition in the mice that were treated with caffeine or with EGCG (the other chemical compound),'' said Conney, senior author of a study appearing this week in the online site of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. Skin cancer is the most common of all cancers in the United States. The American Academy of Dermatology estimates about a million cases will be diagnosed in the country this year. Among them will be more than 88,000 new cases of melanoma, the disease's deadliest form. Skin cancer generally is curable by cutting, burning or freezing the tumor cells, but left untreated it can be deadly. To test the effects of caffeine on skin cancer, Conney and his colleagues exposed 90 mice to high levels of ultraviolet radiation twice a day for 20 days. They used a strain of animals called hairless mice, commonly used for skin cancer studies. http://www.personalmd.com/news/n0827103454.shtml Caffeine clue to fighting cancer I am gonna continue drinking coffee in moderation
