If one of them gets a boyfriend then you just just remain m8's without the sex. I guess it's kind of like mutual masterbation. Do you think a relationship of this nature could get complicated?

If you only have one fuckbuddy then yeah, it can get complicated (emotions are fickle things, and eventually one of you is gonna go back and play the realtionship game, leaving the other high and dry)...... Simple solution is to have two or more fuckbuddies.... then you can always have company when one of them is busy elsewhere

Say you invited a 'friend' round to watch a DVD and you ordered pizza. Say your really good friends. Their not really your type but you enjoy each other's company. What happens if you both had too much to drink and one thing lead to another? Afterwards you might carry on watching the DVD and talking. She/he might cuddle up with you and get all snug... are you fuck buddies or together after that point? I avoid having sex with my friends because of this. She might want to have sex with you the next day when your sober. She might want to make love instead of fuck. Thats when it goes wrong right?
I don't know really. I've never had a "buddy" like that. Heck, I've only ever been with one person and I'm married to him so I don't have experience with casual sex. But from what I've read here, I think you should probably steer clear of it if you're afraid of the woman wanting more than you are willing to give her right now. In addition to that, you could possibly ruin a really good friendship. If you can find someone with the same outlook as yourself, well, then I guess the arrangement could work for you, and if that's what you want, go for it. Just be careful, would you?
