Frozen Heads

Calvin had a chill​

and he walked a lonely mile​

his feet were forming ice blocks​

and he wore a frozen smile​

He sauntered past his girlfriend​

in the darkened graveyard small​

his blue eyes melted snowflakes​

and she could hear them fall​

Calvins head stopped working​

when he laid down for a rest​

his lover fluffed her pillow​

old Calvin earned the best​

She put on fancy earrings​

and she reached out from the Earth​

Calvins head was warming up​

he played her song of mirth​

beautiful. it's very touching, desert stargazer i found myself feeling as i read it. was calvin cheating on his gf then?

 

Calvin was lonely, and he went to see his dead girlfriend in the graveyard. She's a lot warmer toward him than the living. He seemed a little suicidal, and it all worked out in the end....My "dead" people aren't really dead at all....I like them to participate as much as possible. I have always wondered why the living sometimes "write them off" so easily.
