it's a pretty big amnesty, the Greenpeace Arctic 30 have been pardoned as well.

20,000 prisoners should be freed in all, which says a lot about the state of
Putin's Russia as far as political prisoners are concerned.

Finally! Also, somewhat unrelated, while watching The Sound of Music, I couldn't help but notice how often the word pussy was used. I do think it's disrespectful and a hooligan act to act like that in a church (no matter what religion).
They did deserve to get something for that, a fine or something, but two years is too much.
