We joined at Bally's a month ago. I do 25 mins. cardio, then a series of arm and leg weights, then we swim 10 laps, and then sink into the jacuzzi. 105 degrees fahrenheit. Then I stretch in the steam room. And the best part - they have showers! I can go before work, etc. If I don't lose some weight now I really don't know what I'll do!
