While I do think that termination is just I think that a lawsuit over this is frivolous.

If they had of tampered with his food that would be a different scenario but what was done should not warrant damages being awarded.

Takes all kinds and those are the one who usually sue for little or no cause.

 

Haha, we can do that with our registers, too! Sometimes I'll be back in the kitchen and a newbie will have discovered the "type comments" option and I'll get a "lol, Hey, sup?" on my screen in the kitchen. I remember when we first got the registers we use, they told us not to type nasty comments on there because they print out on receipts. Those guys who did that were stuuuuupid.

At the restaurant I used to work at I would garnish deserts with swastikas of berry coulis. :2thumbsup:
They were mostly unrecognizable by the time they got to the customer, but it's the thought that counts.

 

one of my co workers likes to put his phone number and notes on the boxes and stuff if they sound cute on the phone. I have to deliver it and feel stupid because I think they think it is me that put my number on the box.

 

Sometimes I think it would be great to get a job at a fast food place just so that I could do something like this and potentially cost the company millions of dollars.
