Found some fire white powder H in Arkansas!

I recently moved to Arkansas to stay with some family for a while,after living in cities like New Orleans and Memphis, and Austin,TX and so on..I was in culture shock at first,as the locals here prefer crystal meth to anything, although there are some overpriced opiate pills around, I recently found a few people in a small town(7,000 ish) !! that get in white Colombian heroin powder like I have gotten in other areas and cities and it is actually good for being in such a rural area, 50% avg. purity and grams sell for $130-160 each depending on how much the guys have left, and compared to the 70%+ stuff I have gotten it is not great, but it sure beats the overpriced low grade tar heroin around here, $25 for an 1/8th gram of low grade tar is standard here!! It (the tar) is so cut and dirty that even smoking it is nasty IMO, and I prefer to snort the powder H..anyway, anyone else in Ark. missouri,etc..get powder H or is it mainly tar..talking about rural type areas, I know all about the dope in the cities nearby..just wonder if dope of any decent purity is around in rural areas or am I just a lucky person to find it?
