i haven't seen relayer or autentique in a few days.

are they around? in another forum? just busy with real life stuff and not bothering with computer bullshit?

i can see how i rate among the forumers when i was gone for probably over a year and no one made a thread about me being gone....

I havnt seen penny on in like a month.

 

Penny's on my buddylist and I see that she comes online like almost every day, but she doesnt post.

 

i didnt see those pics, either. i do seem to miss a lot of things on here considering how much time i spend on the forums

 

i'm pretty sure i've seen penny post within the last month, but it does seem rare

 

I love how a post is made about people who have been missing for days when many great forumers have been gone for years. Time is slow on hipforums.

not everyone who's been gone a long time matters to me.

i particularly like having relayer and autentique here, and i'm used to seeing them here on a regular basis.

my curiosity as to what happened to them has nothing to do with forum members who have been gone a long time that i either failed to notice, or didnt like, or just didnt bother asking about.

I won't. It just seems a little odd to make MIA threads about people who post here all the time. It makes you, and those people out to be the centre of the universe and seems to cast out hundreds of others who are special to me.

Nobody is attacking you, we just have a different view of MIA.

 

IJ contacted me once while I was in England and then probably became absorbed in army life. I am pretty sure he is back in Iraq.

 

the intention of this post was never meant to be dismissive of other posters. its just not about them.

i was curious about some people i like having around which are here all the time but havent been very recently.

i HAVE made posts in the past asking about people who have been gone for a significant stretch of time (made a thread asking about TNS a few months ago to try and find out about him)

i make a thread asking about someone, and people respond by wondering why its worth posting about when other people may have been gone longer. i am not responsible for keeping track of all the members which may have left or disappeared, and i certainly dont care about all the people who may come or go, just some of them.

if you feel its innappropriate to post asking about someone who has been gone for a short period of time (people which, to me, are particularly valuable members on these forums) then just ignore my post.

its not made to imply that anyone i didnt happen to mention is less valuable or worthless, and not made to imply that i or anyone i mention is the "center of the universe"

if you have a problem with my thread, you can politely go fuck yourself.

 

You're posts are overflowing with self importance, so I will continue to politely put my own opinions across as watching you get angry about nothing gives me a very small amount of pleasure.

Nothing you wrote was innappropriate, it just didn't match my feelings at all. The issue of posters not being around for a few days is infinitely less important to me than those that I might never see again, so I just find this thread a bit weird.

If you have a problem with my post you can politely go have sexual intercourse with yourself.

 

I find it rather amusing that nesta's getting picked on for singling out a few people as missing, when I haven't seen too many other threads asking where others are. It's not that hard to create a new thread of your own.
