Foreign Film "Life is beautiful" or "La Vita e Bella"

This was a powerful, sadly ironic but WONDERFUL movie. This one made me cry many times. This really is a beautiful movie and I STRONGLY recommend it.
It got horrible reviews because i think people were expecting it to be a typical kind of romantic love story especially because of the way it begins and ends.
But hey its italian cinema, not hollywood and it's meant to be this way. it's art and art often reflects life and i don't think this could have been written produced or directed any better.
i won't say more i dont wanna spoil it for those of u who may watch it!!

 

Def. one of the best movies i have ever seen! The actor (cant recall his name) who won the Oscar for his part in it is absolutely crazy. It's such a bittersweet story and everybody has to see it at least once in their lives!

 

I loved that movie... I only saw it once and a while ago, but it was wonderful! I really wanna see it again soon. One of the best movies of all time.

 

I saw this film in English class...it's pretty touching.
