depends what kind of girl she is. what would you do at a library?? i like going to see a movie coz then you're not pressured to make conversation all the time and you can cuddle. and then getting a bite to eat after so you can talk about the movie or whatever you want!

If you are athletic, you could: walk in the park, rollerblade, ride bikes on mountain trail, go bowling, or ride around in go-carts.

If you are a lover of movies or theatre, you could go to the dollar theatre, regular $10 movie theatre, or the regular theatre (play).

If you want to keep it short and simple, and you are a caffeine addict, you could: go to a local coffee diner (Waffle House) or a yuppie chain (Starbucks).

These are just a few things you could do.

I think out to eat is good for a first date and then to the beach to look at the stars lol (imi corny) or bringing her to a big field and cuddleing beneeth the stars *sighs*

 

lol uhm if you both have homework that's fine but I would plan something afterwards... if you want a second date with her

 

I think innocent poison's idea is good (maybe a little too sensitive for some people) but I always liked the bus scene in 40 days and 40 nights (never tried it though) I like to start off with a walk to nowhere and finding something to do along the way

Actually, I've taken girls on dates to the library. Most uni libraries have a section called special collection where they keep the rare and valuable books. You can go in and check out the books for like a hour or so. Its a fun thing to do if you can find a interesting book on something shes into. I suggest photography books. If nothing else, you get points for being quirky.

I don't like movies becuase you don't really get to talk. If you just wanted someone to sit next to, you could find a random person and you wouldn't have to buy them dinner after.

I'm really into the fun/random/cheap dates becuase they leave an impression. I've had fun at farmers markets and zoos

hmm not nicer just more unique ya know? why don't you go out for dinner but go somewhere that takes an hour or two to drive to?

cemetaries are always good during the day. bring a camera and take pictures of the grave stones they make awesome black and white photos

 

Go out for coffee or tea. Preferably at a funky independant non-chain type coffe shop. They usually have a cool bohemian atmosphere that is conducive to conversation. The caffeine seems to help the flow of conversation. Comedy clubs can be good too.

I wouldn't do the coffee thing. I can't make conversation with someone unless I am insanely into them and feel like I know them. I would do something that where if there was silence it would be comftrable. Do something different something where you can do something conventional but unconventional ya know?
