1. The Hipforums announces it first ever fundraiser. After nearly 30 years online, we must ask our members and guests to help support the website. Thanks to years of ongoing financial support of our members, advertisers and volunteer admin staff, we have been able to keep the forums alive.

    Now we must ask for help as available funds have all been used for our Internet server and other fees.

    just something that came to me tonight....

    such weathered days,upon
    our shores.not heated moments,
    why complain...for tranquil life
    will lift oncemore,this broken
    body my soul my whole being.
    human knowledge has done wrong.
    conflicts happen,a world undone.
    not lightly noticed we see
    the stains..human blood spills
    again...
    ache now ,yet not for long
    sudden views may pass,your
    eyes will carry.as mine have done
    it will end ,to begin ....on shores,
    of plenty it will be done...
