ome said “Man-wish is destiny, honor, immortal and full of sex efficiency."

Greatest fear of men is flabbiness of sex efficiency or Erectile Dysfunction (ED). So if they hear about medicine or anything which can help them more powerful of sex, they will find it to try. Don’t care about the price or difficulty of finding because they think “Sex is men’s life”. You can notice that once Food and Drug Administration of America allowed for using “Viagra formulary” of Pfizer Company, in second week after appear on the market, it was sold to patient about 36,809 people in 8-12 USD per one pill.

Foods that are bad for your sex life:
Margarine, seed oils. Generally take out foods that are deep fried are usually fried in seed oil. Deep fried food is not necessarily bad if fried in the right stuff.
If you have naturally low blood pressure aka Hypotension, then avoid dairy other than butter. 10% of the population has Hypotension.
Foods that are good for your sex life:
Those that contain omega -3 such as oily fish. If you are buying fish in a can make sure it is in water or tomato sauce, not oil. Apparently it is standard trade practise in America to mis-label fish. Free range beef is also a source of omega-3 but not the same degree as oily fish. Purslane that grows as a weed where I live is also a good source. In India it is cultivated as a vegetable. Free range lard is also a source but near on impossible to find where I live. Krill oil capsules are also a source but try to get your omega -3 from food.
Salt. Unless you have sky high blood pressure, salt helps the blood circulation especially of you have hypotension.
Apples, dark chocolate and cacao powder can all help improve blood circulation. Just mix a dessertspoonful of cacao powder into a cup of tea or coffee.
Tinned oysters are much cheaper than ones in the shell. Make sure they are in water not oil.

First, Absolutely stay away from the next over the counter wonder pill. Don’t waste your money.
    Stay hydrated all day.
Follow some of the food groups mentioned above.
Weight control and exercise is equally important as is not smoking and reduce alcohol intake.

At 62 I have never smoked nor did drugs. No reason other than they never interested me. I drank socially but for about two years have not done so. I’m a gym rat and while I don’t deny myself I eat healthy. Fortunately my health is excellent and because I have sex regularly and keep my body in shape I can cum often and stay hard. I do believe the above factors contribute to my sexual well being and since I love sex daily I find my way of life is beneficial for me.
