So, it's officially changed over from cold to hot here where I live. Like with every seasonal change, it screws with my eating habits. I can't bring myself to eat when it gets hot. Any suggestions on light foods to keep my metabolism up but not feel weighed down by heavy calories and grease, besides salads?

Why wont you go green! Being a vegetarian is a good thing! With regards to protein; don't worry you can also get protein in some veggies, and in gluten.
