Well, in Florida our rainy season is now and we never really have a dead season... So basically, what would happen if I planted outdoors now? Or would it just be a waste?

here, we got 80 to 90 gusts, power went out for a little bit less than an hour, bend a few trees thats it. but in other areas neer me had it a little worse but not ad at all.
you're too late, it'd be a waste. the plants would grow but i doubt u'd get very much bud if any at all.
