I'm going to be spending two months (June 13 - August 6) this summer living in Florence and taking Italian classes. Of course I will be spending lots of time in the museums (probably the main reason for picking this city), but I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions for other, more obscure things to do while there. Do you know of any good places to meet like-minded individuals? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
