flooding...... (well at least it isnt twisters)

yeah, we arent getting any tornadoes around here, but a hell of a lot of flooding..... it has done nothing the past few days but rain and storm here, which is nice, until the kansas river fills up past capacity....... yikes. Im close to the river, but Im uphill from the river, so tis all good..... people on the northside of the river though, need to watch out...... I feel more sorry for the people in texas, they keep getting rain after rain after rain

I dont know why kansas is always considered the midwest..... I guess its the extreme corner of the midwest...... but kansas doesnt fit in the south, thats for sure, and definitely not in the southwest...... so I guess midwest it is! its weird to me, cuz kansas and missouri are both considered the midwest and kansas and missouri are completely different. missouri is more southern (more hillbillies) and kansas is more northern (like nebraska, farmers)
