I had a favorite pair of sandals once that were pink and the bottoms were thick...maybe not as thick as your photos....open backs...just slip in foot with no toe things at all...i don't like something that will go around my big toe. I am forever looking for a pair of sandles that are as comfortable as the ones I had and pretty with some protection of the souls on the ground...., but cannot find any.......I wore them out until they fell apart.....
They remind me of clogs which I used to wear for years. I like the look of clogs better but then I don't really like open shoes. After my hip operations I only wear flats, generally slip ons.
I think the whole deal with these Flatforms is that they are supposed to feel like flats but give you some elevation. I'd like to try a pair on just to see if they are as weird as I think they will be.
I like the last pair you posted, but the first are pretty ugly, at least to me. Don't like platforms of any kind, as a rule. I always end up tripping/falling.
I like these. I could see myself wearing them. It's one of those things that really depends on how you wear it, and with what...it could go both ways.
I kind of like the second and third pics in the first post, but I doubt I'd ever wear these. I rarely wear anything that gives height since I'm 5'10" already, plus I would probably just trip over everything all day long.
You guys are acting like these are a brand new design but these were the epitomy of cool when I was in middle school in the late 90s. Worn with wide leg blue jeans and a babydoll tshirt, of course I liked them then and i like these updated versions now
They say, what goes around, comes around. I wore exactly the same ones in the 70,s..exactly! Don't think I could now! Lol
Probably the first pair, because the flatform looks like it's made of lightweight, cushioned foam. So, it looks like it would be easy to walk in, and not make a lot of noise when walking. And I like the look of the sandal. Makes the feet look small, pretty and danty, which is the look I go for when it comes to picking sandals. However, I don't like that it's open toe. And of course, after age 30ish I won't be able to wear them, because it's something trendy for young people. Overall, I rather have creepers. They're basically the same thing. Flatfoams, but in sneakers. Everyone, of any age can wear sneakers.
