What's your favorite way to eat them. Mine is a toss up between soft boiled (coddled) and poached. These days I'm watching calories and cholesterol and consequently hardly eat any.
I like anything where the yolk will be runny, poached or sunny side up are my favorite. If I scramble them I might toss in a tablespoon on mayo which makes for some very rich scrambled eggs.
Omelets are the best. Fill it with cheese, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and a little meat and it's the ultimate in eggs. Not something you should eat every morning unless you've given up on controlling your weight and cholesterol, but no other egg dish can touch it!
