i don't know how much muscle i've put on since my last progress pic in november...thats for a couple reasons: -i stopped dieting -i wasn't able to get to the gym when i had my job - long hours vs gym time, and had a shoulder injury now, since my last progress pic....i've gotten lots stronger. now that doesn't neccessarily mean much in terms of muscle growth - a lot of the strength is neural. but i do feel like i'm putting on some muscle - upper back, triceps, legs - since those are the places i'm really hitting hard at the gym...and i've been able to get lots of rest and get enough protein to allow growth to happen... i am working on a plan to diet again, not as strict as last time. and i'm building up my GPP (general physical preparedness) right now to where i can do more work and recover quicker. after i have my deload week, which i feel might be happening before the month ends, i'll be ramping it up again. right now i'm pushing some boundaries, working my way back to numbers i had in the spring. i plan on reaching those numbers before i do a deload week...and then i have a couple ideas of where i want to go from there. all in all, its going well
i was exhausted from it 14-15 hours for the whole day - waking up till i got back home. then walking business to business for 7 hours. i wasn't eating - i wasn't training reaching goals was a high priority there - business and personal goals alike. we'd have week long goals for both...and over the time i worked there, my personal goals started off with kicking ass at the gym - getting closer to the numbers i wanted to reach - and soon my personal goals was to get my room clean. my work goals moved up, while my personal goals (well, the ones i really aim to reach) took a huge dive. good experience...but i'm glad i'm done with that job haha
yea, always good to take in new experiences... and speaking of that...and this is something i really have to think about - i am planning on driving cross country with a friend to meet up with my friend who is also her husband. she's in Vt right now, and he's out in Cali with the navy - so i may decided to just stay out there for a while if i do go on thr drive out there...if i do go on the drive, i know i'll stay out there for a week or so, hang out and what not...and thats when i'll really come to a conclusion on whether or not to stay out there... its all so confusing
