I was on the SUP for an hour this morning. Abs, glutes and quads tight the whole time, to keep from falling off. I had to paddle hard against the tide to get back to the beach. I was exhausted by the end. How MattEkat managed to hula hoop on a SUP those months ago, I have no idea. I definitely wouldn't have been able to pull that off. Much respect, my friend.
Bump for my mini-workout of running on the treadmill for a few minutes, 10 on the stairmaster, and another 10 on the eliptical.
Tonight I did a heavy upper body workout consisting of bench press, shoulder press and bent over rows.
I tried out for a big time league in the city, and made it. I'll have a 14 hour a week training schedule...bumps are coming
I used to exercise regularly but not as much lately. I really need to get back into it. It's early morning here right now and the only exercise I've done so far is just rolling out of bed.
I spent two hours at the Bouldering gym today. I can totally see Bouldering becoming my new, favorite sport. I fucking love it.
I've put on a touch of weight this holidays so I'm going to lose it and look awesome again. Mid section.
Heavy sets of bench and shoulder press, bent over rows and bicep curls. I am back to cutting after a three month bulk, so I am keeping the intensity high and the volume moderate. I've put on a decent amount of muscle (and some fat) over the holidays, eating and drinking, as well as going out to eat with my girlfriend and basically just enjoying life.
I made a slosh tube the other day and did some lunges, squats, and crunches with it after I got home from the gym. It's only a 6 footer though...kind of a test run for a larger one. It's only around 30 lbs. Not much weight for lunges or squats, but it's difficult to keep it level. A bigger one will really work the core muscles.
this is just a typical workday for me. it's a 3 story building and i'm responsible for stuff on all 3 floors.
