I take krill oil daily, which I find to be better because of its higher antioxidant content. But fish oil is good also.

TCA, in your case the question is does anyone else take showers in vitamin C

In response to the OP, no. But that's because of my allergies. I used to take flax seed oil. Turns out that's a minor irritant too. Oh well. What can ya do?

Yeah I take fish oil regularly.

I also eat a lot of fish and seafood. Maybe these are absorbed better than tablets sometimes.
Different types of caviar can be very good. Doesn't need to be beluga etc (haha!). Salmon or lumpfish caviar can be good, I think.

Anyway, these are the tablets I chose last time.

2 a day probably isn't the heaviest dosage. But I liked the fact they were very pure. The toxins shit you get in some fish oils can be disturbing.
And I think I've got headaches from impurities in the past. I also looked at various krill oil tablets and similar.

I think fish oils are very important for mental focus. Esp for me, because I sometimes get ADD type symptoms, if my nutrition wasn't so good over a couple of days.

    Thank you all for replying.

Interesting. Also, krill oil sounds and seems expensive haha. I will google it!

    I don't like caviar xD

I read that it is better to take any such supplementation with something buttery like a bit of toast dripping with butter.

Bread is horrible for you. While the fat found in butter is very good for you, the body processses that fat completely different when consumed with a high glycemic carbohydrate like bread. Vegetables are a much better medium for consuming butter. I actually often eat butter alone with nothing else.

My boyfriend swears by it. I don't. I suppose it can't hurt.
