I'm a vegetarian, have been for over 2 years, and I don't eat anything that involves killing the animal. I eat eggs and dairy (for now) but I don't eat fish or meat by-products. Do you think that people can eat fish and/or by-products and still call themselves vegetarians? I was just curious :)

    No. That becomes pescatarian world.

Vegetarian is a no sentient life/ animal kingdom deal.
Fish are in the animal kingdom, so......

But accidentally, like folks who don't know kosher gelatin is likely fish gelatin, or what's in Cesar dressing or Worcestershire sauce? Pick up, lesson learned, go onward.

For me, the exception is prescription medication.
