Hey. I dont think i have ever posted here before, but i do post relatively frequently on other parts of the forums. So today, Thursday, December 2nd, i worked out for the first time in a long ass time. And DAMN it felt good. I am not sure what spurred me to start pumpin' iron today...i just felt like it i guess. I wouldn't say i am out of shape really, maybe a little skinny for my age, but im working on that too. Eating a lot more than usual recently. But anyway, today i did some work on my chest, biceps, cardio(went for a run around my University Campus, well actually only some of it hehe.), also i worked on my back and forearms. I think i am going to start trying to work out everyday, gain some muscle, get my lungs in a little better shape :sifone: , and also just because it is something to do that will actually benefit me (i hope) Just thought i would share this with everyone on the HF.

Didnt you do some Opiates also?.., Tread carefully here.. Stressing your muscles while under the influence of Opiates, will really hurt when the drugs wear off..
