ok. so the lady told me to wait 3 weeks before getting my hair wet. its been about 1 week and i just washed it. i know i probably shouldn't have but the itchy on my scalp was KILLING me. my hair feels better now. but some locks feel looser. was this a smart move on my part? i just used plain bar soap cause i didnt have any doc bronners or anything. i figured one wash wouldnt hurt. but i could really use your input on this one. please and thank you.

Go out and buy dr bronners. Wash your hair once a week then after a while change to every 3 days then 2 days (keep it at 2 days) you want them practically get use to water after a while.

washing every 2-3 days seems a little excessive, I wash when they itch or feel dirty.

I think its good to have a routine, so your scalp knows how much oil it should secrete etc.
